Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

Spicer Creek Holdings offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By opting into or participating in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Program messages may include buyer list communications, property opportunity alerts, showing and walkthrough coordination, buyer follow-ups, offer submission coordination, contract and assignment updates, and inbound buyer responses.
2. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider’s pricing plan to determine the costs of sending and receiving text messages.
3. Support and Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@spicercreekholdings.com or (937)343-1419.
4. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from Spicer Creek Holdings, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us in order to opt out of the Program. You may receive one final mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out.
5. Carrier Disclaimer
The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis. Mobile carriers (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Disclosure of Mobile Data
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
