Steve’s background is distinguished by a rare combination of technical creativity and commercial acumen. As the designer and holder of three U.S. aerospace patents focused on aviation safety, he has demonstrated the ability to see systemic failure points in complex industries, engineer solutions, and bring those solutions to market in a protectable, scalable form. That same methodology now drives his work in real estate technology — where the inefficiencies are well-documented and the opportunity for technological advancement is significant.
His experience building businesses from the ground up has given him a working understanding of what it takes to move from concept to commercialization — including how to structure organizations, define metrics, and penetrate multiple market segments with a differentiated value proposition. He has personally navigated the inefficiencies and friction points in traditional real estate transactions that new technology will streamline to maximize efficiencies. His years sourcing deals through county records, sheriff sales, and investor networks give him an intimate understanding of the problem the technology solves and the audience it serves.

Jordan Smith partner/CTO brings over 28 years of progressive experience in information technology, software development, project management, and enterprise infrastructure to the development of Real Estate technological advancement. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), Jordan combines the discipline and structure of military service with the technical depth navigate continual emerging technologies and evaluate that their usefulness and application. His career spans large-scale enterprise IT programs, complex software integrations, and hands-on full-stack development — a rare combination that positions Spicer Creek Holdings for credible, efficient, and cost-effective execution.
Jordan's technical skill set is directly aligned with the demands of a modern Software platforms. His proficiency spans JavaScript, SQL database design, RESTful API development, cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and web application development. Equally important, his project management discipline — formalized through PMI certification — ensures that Spicer Creek Holdings approach is being built with clear milestones, structured documentation, and a delivery approach that is structured and well thought out. Pete Gilstrap partner/CFO is an Electrical and Software Engineer with over forty (40) years of industry experience in the development and integration of complex systems. Based in Beavercreek, Ohio, He has established a career defined by technical precision and a deep understanding of the intersection between hardware architecture and software scalability.
He founded and was CEO of ASC Software for over thirty years where he pioneered innovative processes combined with auto-ID technologies for the Supply Chain industry (both manufacturing and advanced distribution.) As a recognized industry expert, he is often a requested consultant and speaker where he has done several keynote addresses for the supply chain on "best practices" at different industry events. He has been quoted and featured in many trade publications in his industry over the years, as well as having worked as a consultant to the US FDA for food and medical traceability in the global supply chain.
In addition to his technical background, including writing several papers on wireless systems, and teaching university courses, Mr. Gilstrap is an Accredited Investor, bringing a sophisticated perspective to industrial and technological ventures. His unique combination of engineering expertise and financial acumen allows him to evaluate emerging technologies through the lens of both technical viability and long-term commercial potential.
